2. Booking and Reservations

All bookings must be made in advance through our website, by phone, or via email.
Availability of services is subject to change, and Aviara Limo reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings based on availability or unforeseen circumstances.
Upon booking, it is your responsibility to receive confirmation from driver. If confirmation is not received either verbal, written, or electronically written, expectation of transportation should not assumed.

3. Rates and Payment

Rates for services are as quoted at the time of booking. These rates may vary depending on vehicle type, trip length, time of day, and location.
Additional fees may apply for tolls, parking, wait time, or extra services requested by the Client.
Payments must be made at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellations or changes to bookings made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees.
If a cancellation is made within less than 24 hours, Aviara Limo reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee up to the full amount of the booking.
Refunds will only be issued for cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service.
In the event of service failure by Aviara Limo, such as a no-show, a full refund will be provided.

5. Service Conditions

Aviara Limo strives to provide timely and professional transportation services. However, delays due to traffic, weather conditions, mechanical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances may occur. Aviara Limo is not responsible for any missed flights, meetings, or other appointments caused by such delays.
The Client is responsible for providing accurate pickup and drop-off locations and any special instructions related to the service.
Clients must respect the vehicles and maintain cleanliness. Any damage to the vehicle caused by the Client or their party will result in additional charges for repair or cleaning.

6. Passenger Conduct

Aviara Limo reserves the right to refuse service to any individual or group displaying inappropriate or disruptive behavior.
Smoking, consuming illegal substances, and consuming alcohol (unless otherwise allowed) inside the vehicles are strictly prohibited.
Clients and their passengers must comply with all laws, including seatbelt usage and other safety regulations.

7. Liability

Aviara Limo is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including loss of personal property or missed appointments.
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Aviara Limo from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising out of the Client's or their party's actions during the service.
Aviara Limo's liability for any service failure is limited to the cost of the transportation service booked.
